Zoey Deutch plays Emily Asher, a girl who is dumped by her boyfriend Ethan before he falls for a mysterious new girl with magical powers. Up-and-coming young actor Thomas Mann plays Link, Ethan's best friend. Tribute.ca spoke with Zoey and Thomas in Los Angeles about the fun they had working on the film and what it is about the book that has made it into an international bestseller.
